RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to your complete satisfaction and we want you to tell your friends and family about My Fortunate Cookie. If we have shipped you the wrong item or an item is defective, please contact us and we will arrange to exchange the item for you at no additional cost. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging for a complete refund.

Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, it is recommended that you send your package back in a manner that can be insured for the value of the item and trackable, (UPS, FedEx, or Delivery Confirmation). Please include your name, address, telephone number and the reason for the return.

We strive to offer you unique merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise, within 10 days of receipt of your purchase, for a credit to your account and place a new order online. Once we have received your returned item, we will credit your account, minus the original shipping charges. When shipping back your return, you will be responsible for shipping charges to My Fortunate Cookie.

PRIVACY NOTICE

My Fortunate Cookie will not disclose information about you to any third party. Your security and privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or rent user information to anyone. We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about product specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within five business days and you will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. We offer two methods of shipping for your convenience. You can choose either UPS or USPS. UPS Ground typically takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located and your package is insured in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged. If you have a rush shipment you can choose Next Day, 2 nd Day or 3 Day UPS. When choosing UPS as your shipping method please keep in mind that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box and orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped either Next Day or 2 nd day Air. USPS is sent Parcel Post and usually arrives at your destination within 2-5 days. If you have a problem receiving packages in your mailbox or at your home we advise using UPS as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges are subject to change. For larger quantity orders or oversized products we reserve the right to charge additional costs of shipping.

International Orders – If you would like to place an International order please email info@myfortunatecookie.com for details on placing an order and shipping costs.

TAXES

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Florida as this is the State our business is registered in.

PAYMENT METHODS
All orders are processed through Paypal. If you do not wish to order online you can order by phone at (954) 473-1900.
For payment by check or money order, please e-mail info@myfortunatecookie.com for mailing instructions.
Check orders will not be shipped until payment is received and has cleared your bank.
We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Money orders and cashier check orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
We will automatically cancel orders awaiting checks or money orders if payment is not received within 14 days.

SECURE ORDERING

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
